CLIENT SERVICE RATING. To date,
The Little White Therapy Room is in an ideal location for quiet, relaxing treatments, set in pretty and peaceful surroundings with calming views over the surrounding countryside.
The therapy room itself is light, airy and sublimely tranquil. The only sounds you are likely to hear is the wind through the trees, the chatter of birds and the gentle trickle of the oriental water feature. Upon your approval, I usually play soft background music and burn oils of lavender and sweet orange to aid relaxation. Reflexology works by stimulating specific reflex points on the feet to rebalance body & mind. Reflexology helps relaxation, improves mood, aids sleep, helps to relieve tension/stress and improves one's sense of wellbeing. It may also be beneficial in aiding auto-immune, breathing, circulatory, digestive and neurological disorders as well as joint pain and hormonal imbalances.
Maternity Reflexology (or Reflexology for pregnancy) is a specialised area of Reflexology and may ease stress/anxiety, the discomforts of pregnancy related ailments, relax the client enough to induce labour naturally (after due-date has past) and reduce labour time and the need for pain relief (Motha 1994).
Reflexology for Fertility may help hormonal imbalances and stress related fertility issues.
Hopi-ear-candling is an ancient and natural therapy using candles made from bee’s wax, honey extracts, natural cotton, herbs and essential oils to treat conditions of the ears, nose and throat.
Thai Foot Massage is a massage of the lower legs and feet that involves hands on stretching and massage to open Sen (energy) Lines, along with the use of a stick to stimulate the reflex points on the feet which correspond to the internal organs of the body. Thai Foot Massage stimulates these points to promote general health and well-being.

Complementary therapies work alongside conventional medical treatments to assist the body back to health. Natural methods are used and the treatment approach looks at the person as a whole (e.g. physically, mentally and emotionally), rather than just the prevailing symptoms. A Complementary Therapist, however, never claims to cure or diagnose.
